I can report that there are lot of uncertain people around the office.

Its a workforce that has often moved countries to work (sometimes multiple times - and will again if they have to) and have thin support networks and modest salaries.

It really does take years to rebuild teams and areas. And things like this will make it even harder.

Its so cruel for my younger colleagues trying to make a start.
